Disgusted by standard bank

I am disgusted by standard bank service. I've been struggling to cancel my policy for the pass 10 months. My uncle passed away in January and ever since than my account is being debit every month without fail. I've been paying for a dead person for the pass 10 months. They refuse to cancel my policy and refund me.

This is my 3rd time posting my complaint on hello peter and the only thing they do is apologize. I do not want apologies, I want to know the turn around time for claims to pay out my refund and confirmation of cancellation. It Does Not Take 10 Months To Cancel A Policy. Standard bank should be ashamed of themselves for having us pay for dead people.
