Disgusted and very angry!!!!!

<p>I just went through the certificate on my insurance certificate, unless I'm wrong it clearly states that ....windscreen or glass payable access is 10% of which is R500.</p> <p>About 2 weeks ago I made a claim for my sunroof which got stuck due to hail!<br />I dealt with a Siboniso who was very rude to me he says that the total cost of the claim is R3000 and I have to pay R2000.<br />And he went on to say basic of access is a required regardless the amount of claim or damage</p> <p>I find this practice wrong and ******** as I was going through my certificate of insurance and it tells me a different story.</p> <p>Please kindly explain to me <br />I want it fixed!!<br />If that's how you treat your clients then you are on a very disastrous path!!<br /> Very angry client!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
