DISGUSTED
I am so disgusted with the NON service delivery that I have received from Standard Bank Insurance. You know how bad it is when you have to complain about the Complaints Resolutions Centre of Standard Bank that are just totally ignoring me and my query. I was promised a called back on 4 different occasions. The original claim originated on the 24 Feb 2020 and was advised today that I would have to wait another 5-8 business days but they have had 22 business days already but nothing has been done about it. I would appreciate it if someone could actually phone me so we can eventually sort this claim out once and for all.

31 Mar 2020, 11:09Good Morning. Just an update , to date no calls received yet. One of the claims (CHL20/004076) has been paid THANK YOU for that but what about the 2nd claim no CHL20/004075 ?. i AWAIT YOUR URGENT RESPONSE
