Disgusted

Good Day

This is now my second complaint against standard bank. I still can't believe the disgusting service they give their clients. I was there two months ago at mall of the south to block all my debits as I am not working and not recieving any income so nothing come off I am trying to pay what I can when I can. They clearly did not do it once again I have used petrol to go to the bank and nothing was done. I am completely sick and tired as now my account is sitting as overdrawn because of the people at standard bank not doing their Jobs. You leave there thinking everything is sorted out but nothing was done. I get phone calls on a daily basis and I am tired of it as they not assisting me in any way. What do I do
