Disgust services!

Very disappointing, wrote a review last week, consultant mailed and was supposedly going to investigate! To date no word to say the least advising they looking into the matter. We have been trying to reach out since March and to date we continue to live in fear, yet we pay our monthly insurance. What will it take to assist. Very disgusted in your services!!!!!!!
