Disgruntled family without a bathroom

I have had the west experience with this insurance, its been over 2 months now I'm without a bathroom. I made a claim and they approved everything but they not paying up and no one has contacted me to say what's going on.. I had a pipe leak inside a wall to which they sent someone to fix but now my wall is broken and nothing has happened till this day...I would never recommend this insurance to anyone they are so inconsiderate.
