DISGRUNTLED AND FRUSTRATED VICTIM OF STD BANK

Std Bank insurance is the worst to me. They even go as far as basing the rejection of claims on lies. That's how low Std Bank has stooped. Why, because there is no responsibility or accountabilty. It doesn't matter how high you escalate your query. The highest in Std Bank will just ignore you without feeling shame and refer you to Ombudsman.

I don't Know if Std Bank has a deal with Ombudsman for their ********ly rejected claims. Or if Ombudsman is one of Std Bank branches. RIDICULOUS.
