Disastrous Standard bank

So after complaining here on Hellopeter I received this from standard bank- Standard Bank: Service request no. *** due on 19.12.2022 is now open. Queries? ***

Nobody has been in contact with me. So Nobody cares? I HATE STANDARD BANK I HATE IT WITH PASSION!!! clearly their employees are not paid well because they do not attend to customers. Standard bank you are PATHETIC!
