Disappointment with Standardbank home insurance

Had a problem with a claim dated June 2021 and after 5 months still a problem suddenly after the plumbers where there and fixed have the problem the claim is not covered by the insurance this after about 12 phone calls to insurance Know they said an asesour will come out but there are no date for this to happen
