Disappointment indeed

They should not get a rating. I have been insured with Std Bank for more than 26 years. I have stayed loyal to them in the last 6 years when I suffered unemployment, never missing a premium. In all this time the only claim I ever made was for a geyser. So they collected an estimate of R 234 000 in premiums during this time. I listed a claim for a leaking roof on my house and garage , which was just turned down. No maintenance done...hallo ...told you I was unemployed for 6 years! They do not even consider loyal clients or claim records at all. This is saddening to say the least. If they even bother to answer this, my rejected claim number is HLB/2025/409472. You could at least have paid 50 persent.
