Disappointment for the second time

I called to claim on my insurance last week for a water leakage and they went to the property to check it and they just call me everyday to that it will be paid out vut bothing happens. I spoke to a Thato and an Isabel but no luck. They keep telling me it will be sorted soon but its been a week almost. This is the second time the exact same thing is happening.
