Disappointing service

I had to submit a claim after being hospitalized. Every time I phone, someone explains a different procedure to follow. Phoned a gain this morning, but still they haven't received docs which I have sent twice already. After 3 hours, claim is finalized, but with Half the amount. WHY MUST WE ALWAYS STRUGGLE WHEN IT'S TIME TO CLAIM
