Disappointing service

Standard bank life insurance is the worst, service I've been receiving is of no help. I have submitted my completed document in March 2021, until now I have not been paid out. They ever ready to take your debit order on time and when you do take the policy they advise you it will be paid within 48hrs. It's been damn 5months almost half the year has been gone by. What nonsense is that. Every time I do call to enquire about the claim, the person dealing with it is not available or the person who takes the calls doesn't pass the message on. And they tell you the same thing over and over its sitting at the medical board. It doesn't take months for a final decision. I would have never thought I would receive poor service from standard bank, they portray such high standards and hopes but disappoint their customers I would never recommend anyone to take STANDARD BANK LIFE INSURANCE ever, you would just have no help for your own money that's due to you. Sad...
