Disappointing service

My vehicle was written off on 02 Feb 2022. I was advised that STD Insurance will make all necessary settlement arrangements with SBVAF and my vehicle will be settled.

Now I understand that these things take time due to investigations and so forth but this is besides the point.

My frustration is: I have received NO communication whatsoever regarding my claim. Every time I need to call in and enquire about the progress of my claim no updates are given to me I received a call from Siboniso Dlamini advising that they cannot payout until the license disk is upto date which I have provided.( Mind you this is the only time I was actually contacted upfront department actually contacted me throughout this whole process) After I provided proof of license I then NEVER heard from you guys again and I needed to call in yet again to find out what is happening and if the docs have been received only to get told " its been escalated" Escalated to who and where???

Then, i get a payment from the settlement as per the agreement of loss document that I signed but then VAF still debits my account ? when I called VAF they advised that the account is still in an active status. it has not been marked as insurance write off and they cannot trace any funds paid into my VAF account to settle.

Please advise what is happening here as VAF continues to debit me for a car that was supposed to be settled
