DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAX

I have had no joy or luck with STD BANK INSURANCE! I have tried contacting them numerous of times for explanations however everything falls on to deaf years! A premium was reversed for the first time ever since being insured under STD BANK (3 years) - this was done on the 2nd of Feb and as per my policy we have 15 day grace period to pay the premium - there is absolutely NO WHERE in the policy that states if a debit order is reversed the policy will be canceled automatically. Our vehicle was ****** (under finance through STD BANK as well with NOT ONE payment ever being missed) and NO ONE has assisted me or given any guidance whatsoever at STD BANK - As a loyal client I find this disturbing and absolutely shocking!!!
