Disappointed once again

Again... and again Standard bank insurance disappoints. Is 4:58 in the morning, can't sleep because my fridge is making a very loud annoying sound. On Monday Standard bank send a company Red Neo trading to come fix my fridge. I called complaining that the fridge is not cooling and freezing anymore and that it's making a weird sound. I though it was due to all the power failures we had lately. I paid R1200. Best of all the previous issue has not yet been resolved either, my son was in an accident in January 2022, still waiting to get my R7000 excess back that i paid SHS***. Standard Bank knows the accident wasn't my son's fault. The biggest mistake i had made in my life was choosing Std insurance, it was my choice and i regret it.
