Disappointed. Not worth it.

Very disappointed with standard bank insurance. Phoned last Monday to state my claim our geyser burst and the ceilings and cupboard was damaged. Told them it was an emergency has the water was gushing out the geyser. The last said she will log it has and emergency and send someone out immediately. No one came on Monday. No one came on tuesday. Phoned Tuesday afternoon the claim was not logged. They logged it plumber came at 9pm. Geyser replaced next day. Message sent builder and carpenter will be there on Thursday. No builder and carpenter on Thursday or Friday. Phoned on Monday this week. Builder and carpenter will be here . Guess what no builder and carpenter. Phoned them again apparently claim not logged they said someone will be here on Thursday. To date no one. Terrible service.
