disappointed

I sent a storm claim 30/12/2021 to the bank and to date its still not been resolved ended up opting for them to do the payment last week Monday and still have not received the payment as promised in 4 days. Been on hold for about an hour and still no answer. Standard bank is putting our lived at risks
