Disappointed Customer
Good day
I wanted to express disappointment in the Standard bank services, I opened a ***** case over a 2 months ago and only received response early this month. They informed me that a temporary refund will be issued with 7 to 10 working days and I still have not received this refund. I sent a follow up email and have not received any feedback.
I am a very disappointed cutomer and seriously thinking of changing banks.
