Disappointed client

Guys, the standard of living is extremely high, I don't know if Standard Bank gets it or not, I am extremely disappointed, I have been sending out cancellation emails for the following policies GRP*** and GRP***7, since February 2023 and even today they are deducting the Funeral Premiums. I no longer afford these policies. I last received an email from Tebogo Sekhu, in April 2023 confirming the cancellation but I am still getting deductions. I have called the contact center number numerous times only to be transferred from one person to the next without being assisted, I stay online for an estimation of 1 hour with no help. Guys please stop debiting me.
