Disappointed by Standard Bank

I have an Audi A3 financed with Standard Bank and I'm not a happy customer at all. The bank decided to hand me over to their lawyers without any warnings via email or call. To my surprised I am owing my financed vehicle and mind due, I am paying manual every month how I found out that my account is in arrears is checking my clear score, I'm so disappointed by the bank as standard is the biggest bank, however they treat their clients as trash. I'm handed over to 2 different lawyers, whereby I send those lawyers proof of payment every month and that is very frustrating as the bank never even try to contact me to find out the reason of not receiving payment

I'm actually disgusted by this bank
