Disappointed

I am so disappointed at standard bank,today I went to claim for my aunt funeral policy after 5years only to find that she is not covered and they had mixed up all the documents......the cover that was meant for my aunt they covered my mom with it and my mom was meant to be a beneficiary.....please assist I dont know what to do now
