Disappointed

Up to this day standard bank funeral policy has not payed me, i received an email and responded on the 23.03.2024,they said i was gonna get a call but nothing, i am asking them if they pay me back all my premiums, i dont care any more about R20 000 cover they were supposed to pay, im now asking for my premiums, im so disappointed, i dont wish this to anyone,i hope other customers they dont fall in the trap. I wont reffed or advise anyone to take standard bank funeral policy after the stress and depression they put me through, only god will punish them
