Difficulty Accessing Assistance for Funeral Policy and Outstanding Premiums

I have a funeral insurance policy with Standard Bank, underwritten by Liberty. I have been trying to contact them to check the status of my policy and to arrange payment for outstanding premiums, as I was previously unemployed.

However, I am struggling to get assistance. Each time I call, I am transferred from one consultant to another without any resolution. This has left me concerned, especially about the possibility of a future claim being declined due to unpaid premiums.

I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with the correct banking details or direct assistance so I can bring my policy up to date as soon as possible.
