delayed roadside assistance

<p>Why does it take more than an hour to get roadside assistance?? Today I called the roadside assist call centre and was transferred from pillar to post, 1 consultant to the other. Finally managed to get hold of someone that could assist, however the time I called at 6:50 am this morning till 8:45am I still have not been assisted</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly irritated </p>
