Delayed funeral claim payment

I submitted a funeral claim on Friday, but still there's no payout, when I call the claims department they say I must go to the branch, when I get there,the consulted showed me the email she send the claims department to say there's no payment received...Please help I need to bury my cousin on Saturday.
