Delayed Claim
People be careful of doing business with Standard Bank Insurance. When it comes to claims, they are the most stressful and hopeless insurers I've ever seen. The customer service is extremely poor. They are very good to make empty promises and they contact you during the process of the claim. You always have to run behind them at your own cost. I'm battling with the claim that must be finalized even now.
