Declined Claim

I laid a claim on the 30 December 2026. Standard Bank only sent the assessor on the 08 January 2026 which is 9 days later. They declined my cover my claim but lodged a complaint on 13 January 2026. I haven't heard from them since then. The consultant and Team Leader are ignoring my emails. Nobody is telling what's going on with my claim until today.
