Deceased queries credit life

It's the worst people to deal with!! Been submitting forms and death certificates since September already and still no response. Portal not working for 3 weeks now. Call centre keeps you on hold forever. E mails just comes back as no reply. Deceased queries, credit life insurance, credit cards nothing no response. Yet they still have the wits to send e mails saying account in arrears. WE up standard bank please this needs to be resolved!!
