Deceased estate

Good day. My late aunt bequeathed 10% of her estate to my late grandmother. My aunt was an employee at Standard bank. To date, the executor,Standard Trust, could offer no feedback in terms of this last will and testament. During her lifetime, my late grandmother had been sent from pillar to post in this regard. She died, knowing her daughter thought of her physical well-being after she left this earth, but it never materialized.
