Debited 2 times for January by these ****mers even after cancelling their pathetic insurance & took another one

This is my second complaint in a space of a week, I these people are ****mers do not insure your cars with them.

I cancelled the insurance and they even sent cancellation letter but they went on to debit in January 15 2026 and never refunded my money, again on 17 January they attempted debiting same amount again creating a negative balance for no reason in my account.
