Debit orders query

I insured my vehicle with standard bank and I have been paying R893 monthly now last month they debited R1090 without me being informed, no communication at all and it happened that I reversed it thinking that it was a mistake from their side till now I haven’t heard from them I emailed them no response, I tried calling i was on hold non stop i fail to understand how they operate and now they didn’t submit the debit order again I need to know if should look for another insurance company or not because they debited for the shortfall cover Can i be contacted ASAP
