Debit order went off after 32 days of cancellation

I gave a notice on the 30th of October to cancel insurance cover as I received a better offer and on the 31st October I received a confirmation that my email has been received with case #***0 Now I received a debit going off my account. I don't want an apology as I owe them nothing. I want my money back also to pay for the bounced other debits as this inconvenienced me and my budget. I want it as in yesterday. They had enough time to stop the process
