Debit order switch Incompetence

Twice I have requested Standard Bank to move my debit order to another bank and on both occasions they have failed despite speaking to different consultants. They're still deducting from an account that I want to close. To top it all the chat consultant on your app just close off a conversation without even completing the client request.
