Debit order reversals

I have been waitng for insurance to pay off my loan as i was retrenched and my debit order was cancelled last week Thursday,Friday i got some money and still the debit order took my money which i dnt have and wad going to pay fir my rent till to date i have not received any call nor an email in regards to my debit order reversals pathetic, calling the call centre is pathetic as you will be transferred to different agent or department
