DEATH CLAIMS TAKES 3-6 MONTHS TO FINALISE?? *** !
3-6 months to process a death claim???? on receipt of all documentation, really, it's taken 9 days for Standard Bank to read the email (without acknowledgement of receipt). I sincerely hope all your widows aren't having to deal with this lack of service! heart breaking!
