Death Claim

I have been with standard bank insurance for years this is my first claim , 22 April 2025 I submitted the claim with all the documents required but I have been sent from pillar to post. I have called more than 10 times on the past 6 weeks but there’s nothing solid Masixole Joko is the worse accessor . I called again today I was on hold for 20 minutes as usual and I spoke to Mpho who again gave me nothing solid. One agent 3 weeks advised me to speak to complaints department , they gave me the ref number but again nothing solid.
