Day light ******* by std bank insurance

I bought a house through std Bank 9years back and std bank provide me with insurance for the house and electrical appliances like gyzer .on the 10th year my gyzer stated to problem of overflowing of water i reported to my std Bank insurance. Only to find out std bank has stoped insuring other parts of the gyzer eg elements with out informing me they stoped last year February but they are debiting the full premium every month and they are increasing the premium every year of which they stop other services that is a day light *******. The provided me with cheap laiber plumbing compony who stop the main supply of water for 2 days with out water on the house.
