Damaged geyser refusal to assist in emergency!

Standard bank home insurance refuses to assist in case of emergency, apparently I have to wait till Monday because they captured my address incorrectly from their system. As the damages continue to rise due to a faulty geyser. Level of ignorance is unbelievable!
