Customer service is pathetic

Standard bank and Standard bank insurance what is it that I need to do to cancel my insurance policy? Or let me rephrase that, can you just respond on my mails!!!

I have send you the required documents, all you have to do is answer me YES or NO.

Please let us get this resolved ASAP.
