Customer assistance and deliverance is not a priority

Standard Bank Insurance, the incompetence that I have to endure people to come and do work in my house, installing a rainbow nation ceiling boards inside house I have been complaining about the colourful ceiling boards about four month now. I last so one contractor send by the standard four moths ago for evaluation including taking photos. I recently was called by the same contractor and he asked if I can photos of my ceiling in four month. Bare in mind when they take you as their bond client they do the outmost best to help you yet afterwards no one is willing to attend you I call but to no success I'm just feed up
