I have a shocking experience with the standard bank insurance. I logged a claim for a leaking roof due to a storm damage on the 3rd of March 2020. On the 4th the builder was arranged to come out. This was the last I ever had from them. No feedback, no follow up given. To my shock when I called this morning I get told by Mandla that the builders are the ones who supposed to contact me and give feedback. Why is this? Do I have a contract with the builders or with Standard bank? Why are you so unprofessional? Infact I'm not even sure everything positive will come out of this. Standard bank you never cease to disappoint. Please release my policy as of 31 March 2020. Ur such a joke, all you do is keep taking and taking the money for premiums and never deliver
