Credit protection plan Standard Bank.

My vehicle finance is with Standard Bank… for the past 2 years now, I have been getting calls from MacRobert attorneys asking about the credit protection plan on my finance. It was cancelled during the grace period in March 2023 shortly before leaving my post with Standard Bank. I have called the insurance company and each time I get transferred to many posts where people do not know what they are doing. Finally I landed with a lesego Hlongwane from Standard Bank. Who also never responded to me. This was in 2023 June. I have record of that email.

Standard Bank has been affecting my credit record with this and must be held accountable.
