Credit life insurance

Standard bank credit life is a hopeless. Trying to send an email to them for the last couple days to no avail. Been given an email address but it still sitting in my outbox. Cant send because the server is not reachable for 4 days. Told me the problem is on my side but I can send and receive emails. No can tell me the problem but just I must try again. It's annoying to get transferred from department to another and then they can't assist because they need me send the letter that I received from them which states that there is error. The person that they have as life insured is not my hubby nor me it's someone we don't know. This is when ********** cases happen or they can't help us. Because someone ********** put his name or her name as our life insured. No one in that department can assist until they the letter. They can't check on the system just to see what I'm referring too. Our problem is that they just keep on telling me I resend email but to what email address. Some people working from home is no help at all. It's ****** frustrating.
