Credit life benefits

I am having a problem with Standardbank insurance I am being charged for credit life insurance monthly but suddenly their insurance is covering only retrenchment of which I feel like it’s a lie cos according to my understanding credit life is covering death,disability,short time and disability it can’t cover only one thing please assist because they are taking us for a ride they need to fix their benefits
