Credit card insurance

We have been trying to cancel this insurance since lockdown as we got informed we had no cover as we were self employed. This insurance was not cancelled and non of the insurance companies have any record of us. I have been pushed from pillar to post with the automated system you have in place. Kindly can a manger call us to rectify this problem asap and contact us. All it says on the statement is policy protection with no details someone is receiving the money
