Credit Bureau Update

Good day,

I had an advance account with Standard bank account number *** which has been settled in December 2019. I received my paid up letter on 24 December 2019 confirming the account has been settled and paid up but when I checked my credit bureau today it shows that the bureau was never updated with this information this after I was told that the credit bureau would be updated with the account status account being paid up and closed.

Please rectify this immediately
