**** service by standard bank insurance and FR Auto panel beaters

I had an accident with our car early this year, I struggled to get my claim authorized. After I wrote to Hellopeter my claim was authorized to FR auto panelbeaters in Lenasia. I went to them and turned me away twice. First was that I didn't have my claim number with of which they could have called my insurance to get it. They turned me away saying I should go back and call the insurance to get a claim number. I obtained a claim number I called them telling them that I want to book my car in on a Saturday. They told me that they don't work on Saturday. I work during the week. First time when I went to book my car in I asked permission from my boss to at least arrive late at work. So I couldn't ask again. Now when the insurance calls them, all of a sudden I can come on Saturday. Now my problem is why can't standard bank insurance allow me to take my car to the panel beater of my choice in Lenz, who is registered with them. Why should they give me a run around. Are they selling job cards to service providers???? I need to understand why I am being given a run around.
