Courtesy Car Extension

My mother put in a claim with Standard Bank Insurance for a car that was involved in an accident in November 2018. The repair centre that she was referred to said they had to order parts from overseas so and will only receive the parts on the 21 December 2018 but they are closing on the 20th December 2018 which means they will only be able to fix the car in the New Year when they re-open in January 2019.

The courtesy car that she was given was only for 30days( 28 November 2018 to 28 December 2018). The insurance refuses to give an extension on the courtesy car even though it is not my mother's fault that the car is not yet ready.

This is another bad service from Standard bank Insurance in the same year.

Appalling.
