Contravention of mutual interest and failure to uphold trustworthiness

I jave had the most horrible and disgusting nothing less than atrocious service from Standard Bank Insurance by means of logging an incident and getting a Ref 21/007083 that was logged in January. Till date I have made numerpus follow ups on the atatus of the claim and being spinned diffrent storiea on each follow but never can they furnish me with a report to put their stories on paper. I got spinned one story even that my door was old and that it was assessed to be a maintenance issue. For a door that is not even a year old with all its stickers and receipt still intact. I got a clearance number H*** but not any service pertaining to the fixing of my garage door of which the winter months is coming and I need to sleep with an open garage door that is going to lead to more damage to my property.
